I had a pleasant experience at this hotel overall. It's clean, well-maintained, and the ambiance is nice. The staff members were respectful and professional. Although there were some minor inconveniences during my stay, especially with room issues, I would definitely return during my next trip to Kolkata.

The location was decent with good connectivity to public transport and local attractions, but the room I stayed in was unclean and not well-maintained. Additionally, the service could have been better, as staff responsiveness was lacking, particularly during an emergency. Overall, the value for money was poor due to the room conditions and service issues I encountered.

My experience at this hotel was really disappointing. We had a confirmed booking, yet upon arrival, the staff treated us poorly and claimed there was no reservation. They had rooms available but refused to accommodate us, which left us in a bind. On the positive side, the hotel's ambiance was nice and tidy. However, the lack of helpful service completely undermined the good points.
