I had a pleasant experience at this hotel overall. It's clean, well-maintained, and the ambiance is nice. The staff members were respectful and professional. My experience at this hotel was really disappointing. We had a confirmed booking, yet upon arrival, the staff treated us poorly and claimed there was no reservation. They had rooms available but refused to accommodate us, which left us in a bind. On the positive side, the hotel's ambiance was nice and tidy.
